Former Tamil Nadu chief minister Jayalalithaa was admitted to Apollo Hospital on September 22 after she was pushed by someone in her Poes Garden residence here, ALADMk leader and former Tamil Nadu speaker P H Pandian accused on Thursday.
“Amma (Jayalalithaa) fell down after someone pushed her. Nobody knows what happened to Amma after that. A police official called an ambulance, and she was taken to hospital,” Pandian said while speaking to reporters at former chief minister O Panneerselvam’s residence here.
He said Jayalalithaa died at 4.30pm on December 4 but the hospital announced that she died only on December 5.
Pandian said more than 27 CCTV cameras were removed from Apollo Hospitals after Jayalalithaa was hospitalised. The hospital management should explain why they had been removed, he said.
Asked from where he had got the info, he said, “I have my sources. I am conducting investigations on my own.”
Pandian wanted to know which family member had given the permission to stop medical treatment to Jayalalithaa.
